After 15 years as a general contractor in Seattle, Vitaliy Nikonov saw countless homeowners fall victim to the pitfalls of renovation. Overcharges. Delays. Even scams.
In fact, Vitaliy decided to become a general contractor after personally experiencing difficult situations with his own renovations. Not too long after that, Vitaliy left his aerospace engineering job and focused full-time on real estate and construction.
As a premier contractor, word spread quickly that Vitaliy was able to complete a remodeling project in record time ⏱️, while achieving remarkable results with top-quality workmanship for his clients. Seeing how his competitors worked less effectively, Vitaliy came to the realization that the renovation industry often rewarded the wrong side – leaving good homeowners vulnerable to bad outcomes.
